You pay a £15 inspection fee when you leave your item with us. If the repair cost is less than £60 we will get started on it straight away.

For any bigger jobs, we'll get in touch first and let you know what we've found and what we can do to get you working again before you decide if you'd like to go ahead. If you do, then you will pay the balance when you pick up the repaired item.

You'll pay £15 when you leave your item with us, this is non-refundable but it is deducted from the cost of the completed repair.

We will undertake any work that can be completed for under £60 without contacting you so we can start promptly. Otherwise we will be in touch with an estimate and a description of the work required.

The minimum charge for a completed repair is £25.

All our work is guaranteed for a minimum of three months. Some parts have much longer guarantees.

If you live locally we can collect and return your device for an additional fee, of £20 in Lincoln, or £25 for nearby villages. We can discuss this with you are interested in utilising this service.
